Thanks to the great efforts of organisers Yasuyo, Kiyoka, Takashi Iba, Ryota, and Hiroki, we held an inspiring 1st Pattern MeetUp as a kick-off and community-building event towards the AsianPLoP 2026 (March 27-29, Yokohama) and beyond, at the unique and inspiring venue of Mitsubishi, Yokohama. Hiroshi and Washizaki provided a talk on Agile Quality Patterns – QA2AQ. Tomoki’s extensive work on the welfare pattern language and related workshops is amazing! Nori introduced the PLoP and its community. There were good mini-writer’s workshops to address eight pattern languages; all great works! Thank you all for your active participation with open, constructive, and trusting minds! It was a beautiful and great meetup with great patterns and people.
