We organized AI Patterns Tokyo 2026: Seminar on Agentic and Responsible AI and Patterns in the vibrant Shibuya district of Tokyo

Back-to-back with the NII Shonan Meeting, we organized AI Patterns Tokyo 2026: Seminar on Agentic and Responsible AI and Patterns in the vibrant Shibuya district of Tokyo, sponsored by the Waseda Smart SE Program and Hitachi, Ltd. With distinguished speakers from the Shonan Meeting alongside experts from Hitachi, the seminar offered a comprehensive perspective on AI Patterns and related topics, while also exploring future directions of agentic and responsible AI. We were delighted to welcome many participants from the Japanese industry and academia, leading to engaging discussions and valuable networking opportunities. The event concluded with a memorable reception for the speakers at Shibuya Sky, Japan’s premier observatory, where we enjoyed a breathtaking nighttime view of Tokyo!
